Product Uses:

• Recommended as a penetrating primer or sealer for new dry interior and exterior porous surfaces.
• Normally used when top coated with filler coats and Eggshell or Gloss Enamel paints.
• Suitable as a primer/bonding liquid for penetrating and binding unsound PVA or lime wash to the original surface.
• It may be used on interior and exterior plaster.
