The loyalty cards program is a rewards program to Union Hardware clients in which they are rewarded for being loyal to Union by making repeated purchases.
Loyalty card – for walk in customers
Contractor card – for construction companies and organizations that buy from Union Hardware
• Points are accumulated per very transaction made
• Every $1 spent generates 1 point.
• Each point translates to 1 cent back to the customer in credit.
• Certain promotional periods may mean customer are entitled to x2 points.
Points can only be redeemed when a customer reaches 500 points.
Points can be used to obtain discounts on products.

Visit any of our branches in Harare (Pomona, Msasa, Workington) see the branch manager, fill out an online form and get the loyalty card!
Visit any of our branches and they should be able to issue out a replacement if availability permits.
