DULUX BONDING LIQUID PRIMER SEALER 5
- Recommended as a penetrating primer or sealer for new dry interior and exterior porous surfaces.
- Normally used when top coated with filler coats and Eggshell or Gloss Enamel paints.
- Suitable as a primer/bonding liquid for penetrating and binding unsound PVA or lime wash to the original surface.
- It may be used on interior and exterior plaster.
